What is Crypto.com?
Crypto.com is a centralized exchange and platform founded in 2016. It allows users to buy, sell, and trade assets such as Bitcoin, Ethereum, and many others.

How do I receive crypto in Exodus from Crypto.com?
Mobile
In the Crypto.com app, sign in to your account. a) Tap Accounts, then tap Crypto.
Tap Transfer.
Tap Withdraw.
Tap External Wallet.
If this is the first time you're sending to an address, you'll need to tap Add and follow the steps in your app to whitelist your Exodus address. For more on this, visit Crypto.com's website: Address whitelisting
To find the Exodus address that you want to whitelist, open Exodus and copy the address for the asset you're sending from Crypto.com to Exodus. If the asset is available on multiple networks, you'll need to select which network to use.
Select the whitelisted address for the asset you want to send.
a) Enter the amount you want to send in either your local fiat currency or crypto, and if you want, you can b) add an optional note. To continue, c) tap Withdraw.
a) Review your transaction details, then b) tap Confirm.
Depending on your settings, you'll need to enter your Crypto.com passcode and complete SMS and 2FA verification to finalize the transaction.
Desktop
In the Crypto.com app, sign in to your account. a) click Accounts, then b) click on the three dots next to the asset you want to withdraw, and c) click Withdraw.
If this is the first time you're sending to an address, you'll need to whitelist the address. Click Add New.

When you view the address for your asset, check which network it uses. If the asset is available on multiple networks, you'll need to select which network to use.
a) Select the network, b) enter the address, and c) give the address a name. c) Click Continue and follow the steps to whitelist the address.
After whitelisting, select the address for the asset you want to send.
a) Enter the amount you want to send in either your local fiat currency or crypto, and if you want, you can b) add an optional note. To continue, c) click Withdraw.
a) Review your transaction details, then b) click Confirm.

How do I send crypto to Crypto.com from Exodus?

In the Crypto.com app, sign in to your account, and a) on the home menu, b) tap Deposit.
Tap Crypto.
Search for the asset you want to send from Exodus to Crypto.com and tap on it.
Select the network.
Make sure the network you select in Crypto.com matches the network of the asset you're sending from Exodus. Selecting the wrong network can result in loss of funds: Which network should I choose?
From here, you can either a) use the QR code or b) tap on the clipboard icon to copy your address. You can use these to receive crypto in Crypto.com.

How can I tell which network my asset uses in Exodus?
Before sending assets between Crypto.com and Exodus, it’s important to confirm which network your asset uses in Exodus and which networks are available in Crypto.com.
Some assets exist on multiple networks, but Exodus and Crypto.com might not support all of them. If you send on a network that isn't supported, your funds may be lost or fail to appear.

Which network should I choose?
When transferring crypto between Crypto.com and Exodus, you need to select the same network on both platforms.
In most cases, this means choosing the network by selecting the asset's main blockchain (e.g., Bitcoin or BTC).

Is there a fee for transferring crypto between Crypto.com and Exodus?
All crypto transactions sent from one wallet to another will incur a network transaction fee.
